RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to customers; dealers are excluded from this. See also "General sales and delivery conditions".

We grant you the right to cancel the contract and withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you take possession of the order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us either a letter (WOGG AG, Ebnet 1, CH-8126 Zumikon) or a Email with a clear explanation and stating the order number. You will find a sample cancellation form below. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of the return. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in unused condition. If this is not the case, only a partial amount determined by us will be refunded. We will then arrange for the invoice amount to be refunded, less delivery costs. For administrative reasons, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. We use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction. Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
