  • Why do I need a user account?
    You are not required to set up a user account. A user account offers you many advantages: You can process orders quickly and easily without having to re-enter your personal user data. You have access to all information about your user account and your online orders.
  • How can I set up a user account?

  • How do I buy as a retailer?

  • I forgot my username or can no longer log in.
    Your username is the email address you used to set up the user account.
  • I have forgotten my password or can no longer log in.
    Click “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email from WOGG with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • I would like to change my personal information (email, password, address, name...) in my user account.
    Log in to your user account and click on "Profile" at the top right of the page.
  • Which payment methods are available?
    The payment process is currently still under construction, so you can currently only order on account/advance payment. As soon as you have completed the ordering process in the online shop, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email with the payment details.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    You may change or cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. To do this, contact us via email. After the deadline, a change or cancellation of the order is not easily possible. Can I order online and pick up the order at WOGG?The WOGG products are produced at various locations within Switzerland. We would be happy to inform you via e-mail whether and where your desired product can be picked up.
  • Which countries does WOGG deliver to?
    WOGG ships worldwide.
  • Where does the delivery come from?
    The products are manufactured in Switzerland in our own production facilities and shipped from there.
  • How long does the delivery time for my order take?
    The delivery time is between 4 and 10 weeks (ex works) and depends on the respective product. Please note that the above information is indicative only and may be extended due to supplier deliveries, holidays and busy periods.
  • How much are the delivery costs?
    The delivery costs depend on size, order volume and destination country.
  • How can I return my products to WOGG?
    Contact us via E-Mail< span style="color: #636363;">. We will provide you with a return label that will allow us to identify the returned order when we receive it. We ask that you return orders to us in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt. You bear the shipping costs for the return. Please note the conditions at Right of Withdrawal.

  • What do I do if a product is damaged or I received the wrong product?
    please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect product by Email.
  • Can I withdraw from the purchase after receiving the order?
    For products that you have purchased in the online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. This right ends on the 14th day after receipt of the order. To exercise this right, contact us via email with the order number as the subject and heading or by calling WOGG +41 56 483 37 00. Here you will find detailed information about the right of withdrawal .
  • Can I return a product that has already been unpacked?
    The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. If this is not the case, only a partial amount will be refunded. WOGG will then set an amount for the reduction in value of the product and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
  • When will the invoice amount be refunded?
    within 30 days.
  • Why are shipping costs not included in the refunded invoice amount?
    The buyer bears the shipping costs when returning the products.
  • Who pays the cost of delivering replacement products?
    If a complaint is confirmed by WOGG, WOGG will cover the shipping costs for replacement products. Please note that additional customs fees may apply; these are not covered by WOGG.
